InterSolutions has a direct-placement opportunity for a Regional Property Manager in the greater Philadelphia area. We are seeking an experienced property management professional to oversee a portfolio of tax-credit apartment communities throughout Philadelphia and South Jersey. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader, and team player who is effectively able to communicate and execute the company's strategic vision. Essential Functions for Regional Property Manager:
- Mentor, coach, hire and supervise all team members in the portfolio
- Ability to lead and manage individual community action plans to include compliance goals, marketing positioning, staff development, asset quality, and financial goals
- Compose and review all property budgets and purchase orders to adhere to the expense budget
- Ensure all communities are in compliance with tax credit and affordable housing policies
- Review and monitor market conditions and conduct regular market surveys
- Respond to, and assist with the resolution of all escalated resident concerns
- Maintain responsibility for property risk management, safety standards, and employee and resident liability
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Experience with Tax Credit, certification preferred
- 2-5 years of experience as a Regional or District Property Manager
- CPM, CAM, RMP, or CMCA Certifications preferred
- Experience in a supervisory role managing a large team
- Experience creating and maintaining budgets
- Excellent communication skills
