    We are currently searching for a direct hire? Property Manager for a new manufactured home community located in? Ogden, Utah! If you are an experienced? Property Manager looking for a new career, apply today! Pay $50-55K/year DOE, includes bonuses/commissions, benefits, PTO, and housing + utilities.

    Key Responsibilities & Duties:
    Perform essential functions of a property manager.
    Ability to lease and sale manufactured homes and lots
    Monitor resident accounts, collect rent and follow up on delinquent payments
    Support leasing and marketing efforts to attract & retain residents
    Staying informed on market conditions and competitor properties to optimize leasing strategies, costs and reporting to upper management & ownership
    Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and resolving concerns promptly.
    Create budgets for property and adhere to the budget


    Requirements:
    Minimum 3 years of multifamily property management experience. Manufactured Home Community management experience not necessary, but preferred.
    Strong leasing & sales experience
    Must be able to live onsite (housing provided)
    Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal communication
    Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and property management software
    Ability to work day, weekend, and evening hours as needed.
