Onboarding Compliance Administrator

Job Description

InterSolutions is seeking someone with strong attention to detail as an Onboarding Compliance Administrator to ensure that our hiring process complies with state, federal and company guidelines throughout the company. This role can be performed remotely, or in a hybrid capacity out of our spacious Cherry Hill, NJ office. Responsibilities:
Monitor daily progress of open onboarding items specific to I9 and eVerify to determine whether established onboarding protocols are being followed and where they can be improved
Conduct audits to review all new hire paperwork that has been completed within company standards
Communicate with internal employees to action open onboarding requirements and complete within deadlines
Work with an internal trainer to identify internal employees who require additional assistance
Take actions in resolving open onboarding items, assist in and/or create realistic plans to overcome them

Job Requirements

Requirements: Must have previous experience in I9 and eVerify process.
