We are currently searching for a Direct Hire Apartment Make-Ready Technician for an apartment community in Albuquerque, NM! Our client is a top property management company offering an excellent salary up to $30 per hour with a great benefits package.


ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Responsible for renovations and make-ready of apartment units
Ability to follow make-ready checklist and ensure quality and accurate attention to detail
Demolition and trash removal in apartment units
Uses smart phone for company check list and work orders
Painting, light carpentry, Light electrical, Appliance repair and installation
Ensure renovated units pass all inspections for occupancy

Job Requirements

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

High School diploma or equivalent
HVAC certification preferred
2-3 years of experience as an Apartment Make Ready Tech or Maintenance Tech
Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry and painting
Valid driver's license required
