We are currently looking to fill a Direct Hire Apartment Maintenance Technician opportunity for a high rise apartment community in Pittsburgh, PA . Essential Job Functions for Maintenance Technician:

• Troubleshoots all property systems, and perform repairs
• Completes all repairs and work orders as necessary in an office and retail setting
• Proficiency in electrical and plumbing repairs and troubleshooting
• Completes and logs all assigned work orders in a timely fashion
• Drives to individual residential homes to rectify all maintenance issues
• Provides excellent service to residents

• High school diploma or equivalent
• HVAC and CPO certification preferred
• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience
• General knowledge of all aspects of maintenance repair and service
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and climb ladders
• Valid Driver’s License – a company van will be provided
• Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally
• Ability to work day, weekend, and evening hours as required
