We are currently looking to fill a Direct Hire Apartment Maintenance Technician opportunity for a portfolio of scattered townhomes in Baltimore, MD . Our client is offering $21-$23 per hour with excellent benefits.

 

Essential Job Functions for Maintenance Technician:
  • Troubleshoots all property systems, and perform repairs
  • Completes all repairs and work orders as necessary 
  • Proficiency in electrical and plumbing repairs and troubleshooting
  • Completes and logs all assigned work orders in a timely fashion
  • Drives to individual residential homes to rectify all maintenance issues
  • Provides excellent service to residents

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • HVAC certification preferred
  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience
  • General knowledge of all aspects of maintenance repair and service
  • Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and climb ladders
  • Valid Driver’s License and vehicle 
  • Ability to travel between multiple properties 
  • Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally
  • Ability to work day, weekend, and evening hours as required
