InterSolutions is seeking Fire Watch personnel to provide surveillance to our clients to eliminate or reduce the potential for fires. This is an overnight shift.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Watch the grounds/property for any fires or emergencies
• Alerting the firefighters in the event of a fire
• Notifying emergency services in the event of a fire and become familiar with emergency alarm system
• Having fire-extinguishing equipment readily available and being well-trained in its use
• Practicing operating extinguishers, hydrants, monitors and hose carts
• Vacuum, dust, buff, and wash hallways, lobbies, stairwells, elevator cars, and other common interior areas

• General maintenance experience
• General knowledge of maintenance repair and service
• Ability to stay calm in stressful situations
• Communication skills with people at multiple experience levels
