Essential Job Function:
- Create an upbeat and friendly climate by standing, smiling, and greeting all residents and guests
- Oversee the lobby and front desk area by answering phones and greeting residents, guests, and vendors
- Provide first-line customer service for all resident requests, issues, and service requests
- Follow up on all completed requests ensuring resident satisfaction
- Follow applicable emergency procedures and contact applicable public service response organizations in case of an emergency
- Monitor all common areas ensuring proper upkeep and cleanliness
Job Requirements
- Customer service experience required
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication, organization and management skills
- Detail-oriented and responsible
- Excellent follow-up and follow-through skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to diplomatically enforce guidelines and handle difficult situations
- Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Data entry
- Must be able to stand 70% of the time and lift 20 lb packages
