Essential Job Functions:

Supervise and manage on-site staff to ensure apartment buildings are well-maintained and procedures are followed.
Organize and lead monthly manager meetings to discuss updates, issues, and improvements.
Develop, implement, and maintain property management procedures to ensure efficient operations.
Oversee rental increases, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
Coordinate evictions, working closely with legal teams and ensuring all procedures are properly followed.
Handle paperwork and procedures for subsidized housing, including Section 8 and other government programs.
Ensure excellent tenant relations, addressing tenant concerns promptly and professionally via email and other communication channels.
Monitor property budgets and expenses, ensuring cost-effective management practices.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

· At least 2 years as a Property Manager.

· Either tax credit, HUD, or Section 8 experience.

· Familiar with state guidelines with certifying applicants and recertifying residents.
